Finally, I can make a trip to Lombok again. You know that last year I failed to be there due to family reason. So, this was very amusing for me to be able to land my feet in Lombok island again in April! Lombok was my first destination before I moved to Bali island. I was on vacation for 7 night 8 days! Soo long ya, for me who is just an employee.

Tanjung Aan Beach. This is not too far away from Kuta Beach, Lombok

This post will not tell you long story. I will let you guyz enjoy the scenery I managed to take a pic. The pictures will not to far away from island thingy. You name it: blue sky, coconut tree, white sand beach and hill, and kids playing around at the beach!

I planned to stay in a beachfront resort, next to Kuta beach but unfortunately they were fully booked at the time. So, in the end I stayed in a small villa named Villa Bau Nyale. Quite nice accommodation though for stay because she has a clean pool, and I like the outdoor concept of shower. So tropical! This cons of this villa is they dont give tea or coffee maker in each room. How come coffee not become their part of service?

This is villa with private pool, I didn't stay here for I can't afford to book. Receptionist told me that at the same days we stayed in Villa Bau Nyale, one of national celebrities stayed here also.

Visiting Kuta Lombok area was for the first time for me. When I went to Lombok couple years ago I just visited Sengigi and Gili Trawangan. For me Kuta area was great! I like it because they atmosphere is not so crowded as Gili Trawangan. This area also give me many alternatives beach to visit; Tanjung Aan, Mawun beach, Selong Belanak, and soon. 

The common characteristic of these beach is the beach is sooo wide! The line of beach is so long and there are always hills around the beach. It makes there is no differentiation among the beach where I went to. You know what I mean, rite? The pic taht will post on instagram will be gonna be look the same. Hehe.

Have you ever heard about Bukit Merese? It is located next to Tanjung Aan beach. Tourist usually went there to enjoy sun sets.  I went there, but it was cloudy at the time. So I failed to witness the beatifull sunset from there. People enjoy sunset while drinking some beers, ice cream (Abang abang Ice Cream Walls went there too!)

Suku Sasak Village

Aah, Lombok I will come again very soon. I have a dream to build a home next to beach in Lombok. If we call Bali is a city, Lombok is just a small town which is growing up to be the next big city. Bali is nice and beauty and Lombok is pretty in different way.
